Amazon is gearing up for its second Prime Day of the year – aptly named, Prime Big Deals Days – which will take place on October 10 and 11. And it has now pre-announced a number of deals that will be available during the event.
So what’s being discounted this time around? Well, basically everything. Amazon already has a number of invite-only deals available on the Amazon Fire TV 50″ Omni 4K TV, the Blink Outdoor (3rd Gen) and the Hisense 50″ U6HF 4K TV. These are all over 60% off, and you will need to sign up to get an invite for these deals.
Amazon will also be taking up to 56% off of eero mesh WiFi systems, up to 51% off of select Fire Tablets and up to 45% off select Amazon Fire TVs. Amazon will also be discounting some Echo devices and bundles, which includes the Limited-Edition Star Wars Stand Bundles with the Echo Dot.

Get a 30-day free trial for Amazon Prime
At this point, you probably already know this, but you will need to be a Prime member to get these discounts. Luckily, Amazon does offer a free trial for Prime. For regular Prime members, it’ll be a 30-day free trial. That’s enough time to take advantage of Prime Big Deals Days, but not quite long enough for Black Friday next month.
If you’re a student, Amazon gives you a 6-month free trial for Prime. Which is a really good deal, especially since Prime is also half off for students. Amazon also has a number of great perks for students with Prime.
