GPU prices have come down some in recent months but they can still be quite expensive, and that’s why it’s important to keep an eye out for a discount on one, like this one from Amazon on the ROG Strix RTX 4070 Ti.
At a regular price of $1,049.99, this is by no means a cheap graphics card. But if you’re looking for an upgrade, we’d still consider it. Especially since right now, you can currently pick it up for $888.88. This is a savings of $161 and puts the price under $1,000. A much more palatable price we’d say.
Naturally, you’ll need to make sure you have a PC case that this card will fit in. But if you’re good on that front, be prepared for some awesome graphics in games with much better frame rates. The raw power of the graphics card will play a big role in making your games look better and run smoother. But since this is a 40-series graphics card it also comes with DLSS 3 which can help increase the frame rate using AI.
It’s a powerful card that runs relatively quietly too. If there’s one thing that tends to be a little annoying it’s a loud set of fans on the GPU when running intensive games. Thankfully you won’t have to deal with that here. It is a thick card but that also leaves more room for the fans. ASUS says they’re scaled up to allow for 31% more airflow through the card. Which helps reduce the noise and deliver better performance with lower temperatures. The price even on sale is still a bit pricey. But it’s much more worth it than if it were still at full price.
