The LG UltraGear 240Hz curved OLED gaming monitor transports you into your games
For IFA LG announced some truly cool tech and one of those products is the upcoming UltraGear 45GR95QE, a 240Hz OLED gaming monitor with a curved display. And when we say curved, we mean curved. LG fitted this monitor with an 800R curved panel with an anti-glare display and a WQHD resolution. It’s also 45-inches in size so you’re definitely going to be experiencing all your games like never before.
Playing on TV with a display around this size is one thing. But playing on a monitor you’re sitting much closer too, with a curved panel and a 240Hz refresh rate no less, well, that’s something else. LG designed this monitor for immersive gaming and the size and curve of the screen definitely seems to deliver on that kind of experience.
Throw in some RGB lighting on the back and at the base and you have extra styling for the aesthetic.

There’s nothing quite like playing a game and feeling like you’re part of it. There are games of all types and not all of them are designed to feel lifelike. Did we mention the 0.1ms gray to gray response time? Well, it has that too. And pairing that with everything else this monitor offers will surely be one heck of a gaming experience. What we particularly love about this monitor is the size, the curvature, and the anti-reflective coating. And of course the refresh rate is great too.
