We’ve seen some exciting phones from Motorola this year already, but, according to Evan Blass (via GSM Arena), the company is not finished just yet. We have a leaked image of an unknown Motorola phone. While there’s not much information available about this device, we can glean a little bit of information just from the image.
Of the devices that Motorola launched this year, one of the most exciting is the Motorola Razr+. This is the company’s latest clamshell foldable phone. The most notable feature of the phone is the large outer display. It covers the majority of the outer panel and it lets you run full apps without needing to open it up. You can purchase the Razr+ for $999.

From the looks of the device, it’s obvious that it won’t be a flagship. The phone, which bears the model number XT-2417 will definitely be a more budget-friendly device. There’s no fancy glass back plate or metal with this design. The back seems to be made from a matte plastic material. It almost looks like a unibody design, but we can see where the back plate stops and the frame begins.
On the top left of the back, we see a modest camera island. The island rises gradually from the back plate much like what you’d see from an Oppo phone. We see that it’s a dual-camera package, but we don’t know the specs. The only thing that we can tell is that the main camera will be a 50MP camera. We also see the LED flash on the bottom right of the island.
Typical of Motorola phones, the power and volume buttons sit on the right side of the phone. The rest of the right side is bare, so the SIM/SD card tray is most likely on the left side.
Moving onto the front of the phone, this phone will have some pretty average bezels. They’re not quite iPhone/Galaxy S phone-tier, but they’re not the worst. Up top, we see the punch-hole in the center.
At the moment, there’s nothing else that we can tell from the picture. We’ll need to wait for more information to be sure of what it will offer.
